IUXTRADE has to perform periodic maintenance of servers on their infrastructure to provide reliable service. You may experience a service outage during server maintenance, but please rest assured that your funds are safe and that normal service will resume as soon as possible.
You will be promptly notified of server maintenance via email or your control panel before the maintenance begins.
When IUXTRADE maintains a server, you may be affected as follows:
- Deposits and withdrawals.
- Trading will not be available.
- Log in to your control panel.
- Log in to the MT5 trading program for your trading.
- Some control panel features may not work.
- Creation of a new trading account.
- The IUXTRADE homepage may be offline temporarily.
When IUXTRADE maintains a server, what should be done?
- Keep yourself informed via email or your control panel.
- During server maintenance, refrain from performing any of the preceding.
- During server maintenance, avoid trading errors by being well-prepared and planning your trades in advance.
- When the maintenance is complete, IUXTRADE will function more efficiently for customers.
