The trading account is not closed when the balance is reset to zero, and you can continue to trade on it after the balance is reset to zero. IUXTRADE recommends waiting until the balance has been reset to zero before depositing it to a negative balance. The process of resetting your balance to zero is automatic and you are not permitted to perform it on your own.
There are 2 cases for resetting the balance.
- If all orders have been closed and your balance is negative, the system will automatically reset your balance to 0 within 1–5 seconds. Please wait until your balance is cleared to 0 before making a deposit. If you deposit while your balance is still negative, the deposit amount will be deducted based on the negative balance shown.
- If there are still open orders and your balance is negative, the deposit amount will be used to offset the negative balance.
For example:
If the balance is -20 (while an order is still open) and you deposit $100, your new balance will be:
$100 – $20 = $80 balance.
